Responsibilities
- Develop expertise in ZoomInfo data assets to shape the vision and strategy for bespoke customer solutions.
- Support cross-functional teams from pre-sale through implementation, ensuring customers maximize the value of data deliverables.
- Advocate for client needs and partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering leadership across enterprise and strategic accounts.
- Enable clients through best practices, innovative thinking, and process improvement.
- Create and maintain requirements documentation, statements of work, project plans, and other delivery artifacts.
- Drive procedural standardization, accelerate delivery, and identify revenue growth opportunities through service delivery innovation.
- Use technical skills, problem-solving, and business knowledge to deliver custom datasets.
- Manage independent tasks and multiple concurrent projects through completion with minimal guidance.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in a technology setting focused on data.
- Experience with SQL, Microsoft Excel formulas and pivot tables, or data analysis and visualization tools; alternatively, experience in client service, support, or technical advisory roles.
- Strong business acumen and ability to analyze business requirements and implement fit-for-purpose solutions.
- Client-facing experience, preferably with strategic or enterprise customers.
- Excellent oral, written, and visual communication skills.
- Ability to translate effectively across design, engineering, marketing, product, and business development teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to address business requirements with technical solutions.
- A BS in a quantitative or analytical field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or Economics is a plus.
Compensation
- US base salary: $100,000–$130,000, plus bonus and benefits.
