Supports AI- and data-driven business transformation for public-sector customers by identifying process improvements, building business cases, managing workstreams, and realizing value on the Celonis Platform. Responsibilities
Value Selling & Realization
- Assist in discovering and diagnosing customers’ operational improvement opportunities.
- Support mapping the Celonis Platform into customers’ technology stacks.
- Build initial business cases and assist with business value workshops to identify process improvement opportunities.
Stakeholder Management
- Engage project managers and middle management to build momentum.
- Support change management initiatives and Center of Excellence enablement programs.
Program Management
- Assist with executing transformation programs.
- Use AI-driven project management workflows to track milestones and automate reporting.
- Support deployment of actionable frameworks for evaluating customer workflows.
Platform & AI Fluency
- Use AI tools to produce technical outputs, including data analysis and basic automations.
- Partner with Applied Value Engineers on solution development.
Scale Value & Innovation
- Support customers’ end-to-end value journeys and identify expansion opportunities.
- Provide actionable feedback to product development teams based on use cases discovered during workstreams.
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in consulting, value engineering, or enterprise software.
- Foundational knowledge of enterprise IT, SaaS, or business software such as SAP.
- Proficiency using AI tools to generate technical outputs and collaborate with technical teams on solutioning.
- Comfort working with ambiguity and creating innovative customer solution designs.
- Understanding of process improvement methodologies and interest in value realization.
- Experience managing project milestones and presenting clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
- Fluent English and Dutch communication skills.
- Foundational understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, and Public Sector domains.
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a comparable technical field; or a Business/Economics degree with a technical minor.
