Responsibilities

  • Coordinate marketing programs and campaigns for the Australian market in partnership with local GTM teams and global marketing stakeholders.
  • Localize marketing campaigns, messaging, and content to support local market needs.
  • Support planning and execution of events, conferences, webinars, and field marketing activities.
  • Track timelines, deliverables, approvals, and dependencies across multiple projects.
  • Partner with content, creative, PR, and regional stakeholders to keep work moving forward.
  • Assist with campaign and event logistics, vendor coordination, and follow-up activities.
  • Gather market feedback and local insights to inform marketing efforts.
  • Measure and report on program execution and key outcomes, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in a marketing agency, technology company, insurance, or another fast-paced cross-functional environment.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Experience coordinating campaigns, events, or integrated marketing programs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Comfort working with local stakeholders and global teams across time zones.
  • Ability to adapt existing messaging and campaign plans for local audiences.
  • Self-starter who is collaborative, proactive, and comfortable in a dynamic environment.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience in insurance, fintech, cybersecurity, or another regulated industry.
  • Experience using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, video editing, or other design-related software.
