Regional Marketing Manager, ANZ
Owns end-to-end ANZ marketing programs across acquisition, conversion, activation, and retention, with events and customer marketing central to the role. The position requires hands-on B2B or SaaS marketing experience, strong project management, data-informed judgment, and comfort building processes in an ambiguous market.

Responsibilities
- Own and execute ANZ marketing programs end-to-end, including events and customer marketing, from planning through measurable pipeline outcomes.
- Manage full event logistics, including venue sourcing, vendor management, on-site execution, and follow-through to pipeline conversion.
- Identify and test new marketing channels, then decide which are worth scaling based on results.
- Build customer advocacy and engagement through community programs that deepen relationships with existing users.
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust programs and processes to hit pipeline goals.
- Anticipate risks and dependencies across ANZ initiatives and communicate them proactively to the APAC Marketing Director and cross-functional partners.
- Act as the go-to source on ANZ market dynamics, sharing insights with APAC and global marketing peers.
Requirements
- Track record in B2B or SaaS marketing, or in the analytics space.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple programs while maintaining focus on outcomes.
- Comfort working in an undefined space, building processes where none exist, and making sound decisions without a playbook.
- Hands-on execution approach and willingness to do what it takes to make programs successful.
- Sound judgment on business fundamentals, including how marketing spend connects to pipeline and revenue.
- Ability to build trust with partners and stakeholders across time zones and cultures.
- Habit of testing ideas against data and adjusting course based on results.
- Clear, direct communication, especially when flagging risks or explaining tradeoffs.
- Curiosity about ANZ customer needs and how they differ from other markets.
