Responsibilities
- Own complex, cross-functional revenue questions end to end and help shape revenue-growth strategy.
- Partner with go-to-market, Revenue Operations, sales, and finance leadership on strategic analysis.
- Help programme-manage and prioritise analyst-team workstreams, including triage, tracking, and connecting insights, without direct management responsibility.
- Collaborate with data engineering on requirements, data models, and data quality.
- Build repeatable processes and use AI and automation to reduce mechanical work.
- Translate open-ended revenue questions into actionable analysis and present findings to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- 8+ years of analytics experience.
- Hands-on expertise in SQL, data modelling, and defensible analytical work.
- Experience owning ambiguous strategic problems through stakeholder discovery and independent analysis.
- Commercial and strategic judgment, particularly regarding revenue growth, pipeline, forecasting, and go-to-market strategy.
- Strong prioritisation and programme-management skills across multiple workstreams without a managerial mandate.
- Ability to adapt written and verbal communication to technical and non-technical audiences at different levels of seniority.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and biased toward action.
- Experience using AI in analytical work and understanding its limitations.
- Ability to encode business context into documentation, frameworks, semantic layers, and reusable models.
- Cross-functional approach and willingness to challenge incorrectly framed briefs.
- Based in Ireland.
Nice to Have
- Experience analysing consumption-based revenue models.
- Experience supporting a product launch commercially.
- Familiarity with Snowflake, dbt, Omni, Salesforce, and AWS.
- Experience working alongside a data engineering function.
- Formal programme-management experience.
