Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing Sales Engineering team.
- Partner with Sales Leadership and Account Executives on sales strategies aligned with revenue goals.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on product offerings, workflows, digital dentistry, and the dental industry.
- Collaborate with Enablement to develop and deliver product knowledge and demonstration training.
- Optimize Sales Engineering processes, tools, and best practices for efficiency, impact, and scalability.
- Ensure the team provides technical guidance to prospective dental practices and addresses complex questions.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams on product updates, market feedback, and customer experience.
- Monitor team and individual performance metrics, provide feedback, conduct reviews, and implement corrective actions.
- Track digital dentistry trends and contribute to strategic direction.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Engineering or a similar customer-facing technical role in the dental industry.
- 1+ years of management experience.
- Proven success exceeding targets and driving revenue through technical sales support.
- Deep understanding of digital dentistry and the dental industry.
- Strong leadership, coaching, communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- BA/BS degree preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary range: $113,000-$141,000.
