Leads the Technical Implementation Specialist team responsible for delivering integrations to complex enterprise healthcare customers from discovery through launch. Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Technical Implementation Specialists delivering enterprise integrations.
- Own the technical implementation experience from discovery through launch for complex enterprise customers.
- Identify integration risks, capacity constraints, and performance gaps, and take corrective action.
- Improve processes, tooling, training, and content in partnership with sales, product, implementation, engineering, and integration teams.
- Use data for prioritization, capacity planning, coaching plans, and continuous improvement.
- Build a culture of ownership, accountability, continuous learning, urgency, and high performance.
- Support high-stakes client and internal escalations while maintaining trust and accountability.
- Hire, train, develop, and retain team members while strengthening technical and commercial capabilities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience leading teams, ideally in technical implementation, enterprise integrations, customer success, or a related function.
- Experience leading teams that implement technical products or support complex enterprise customers.
- Ability to bridge technical, commercial, and customer needs, preferably in healthcare technology or enterprise software.
- Data-driven approach to diagnosing performance gaps, prioritizing work, managing capacity, and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Strong communication skills across individual contributors, teams, clients, cross-functional partners, and senior leaders.
- Ability to lead through technical and client-facing escalations.

- Base salary: $119,000–$163,000 USD.
