Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Implementation Consultants.
- Guide solution design, system configuration, and data analysis for customer business requirements.
- Foster career development, cross-training, and knowledge sharing.
- Allocate resources across projects based on utilization, skill sets, and customer needs.
- Oversee customer implementation projects from kickoff through go-live and handoff to Customer Success.
- Serve as an escalation point for customer-facing issues and maintain strong client relationships.
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align delivery expectations and capabilities.
- Develop and refine implementation methodologies, tools, reporting practices, and best practices.
- Oversee quality of deliverables, including statements of work, project documentation, and reporting.
- Monitor utilization, productivity, and project success metrics, including on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Contribute to initiatives that scale Professional Services and improve customer onboarding.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Professional Services, Implementation, or Project Management, including leadership of customer-facing teams.
- Experience with system implementation and data analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management tools.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets.
- Exceptional problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including translating technical findings into customer-friendly insights.
- Demonstrated success leading and developing teams with a focus on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
Nice-to-have
- PMP or similar project management certification.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary: $100,000–$120,000.
