Senior Program Manager, Corporate Affairs

Leads operational strategy, planning, analytics, and cross-functional programs for Corporate Affairs across communications, government affairs, and Impact. Responsibilities

  • Partner to define and implement Corporate Affairs strategies, forecasts, and performance metrics across communications, government affairs, and Impact departments.
  • Streamline Corporate Affairs processes, including planning cadences, budget management, headcount planning, and cross-functional handoffs.
  • Coordinate with legal, product, sales, marketing, HR, and finance teams to ensure cohesive execution and realistic commitment setting.
  • Monitor Corporate Affairs KPIs, conduct data-driven analysis, and recommend adjustments to improve initiative success rates and functional impact.
  • Contribute to Corporate Affairs operations and foster a high-performance culture across its three departments.
  • Serve as a liaison between Corporate Affairs leadership and executive teams to ensure clear communication and strategic alignment.
  • Lead and execute cross-functional projects spanning multiple departments, with ownership from conception through completion.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in a similar role in government or the private sector, contributing to corporate operations, communications, government affairs, or public policy.
  • International experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of foreign policy, AI, or technology-related fields preferred.
  • Strong analytical mindset.
  • Proficiency with project management tools.
  • Expertise in cross-functional coordination and organizing fast-moving, complex functions.
  • Ability to enable collaboration, drive accountability, and navigate high-growth environments.
  • Experience translating business goals into actionable Corporate Affairs plans.
  • Executive-level communication skills.
  • Experience creating board-level presentation decks and stakeholder engagement materials.
  • Executive presence.
