Lead Lovable’s founding transformation function, helping strategic enterprise customers apply AI-native software to major operational challenges. The role combines executive consulting, solution scoping with engineers, organizational adoption, strategic sales, and creation of scalable transformation playbooks.

Responsibilities
- Build Lovable’s transformation capability and define its AI transformation methodology.
- Work with executives at strategic customers to identify high-leverage operational problems and opportunities for AI-native software.
- Lead strategic customer opportunities and develop transformation-led narratives for major deals.
- Translate strategic objectives into transformation roadmaps, workflows, products, and adoption plans.
- Drive initiatives from initial prototype through adoption and scaled organizational impact.
- Build alignment across operators, executives, and other stakeholders.
- Define business problems and desired outcomes with Forward Deployed Engineering.
- Scope and prototype solutions with engineering, ensuring they solve the right problems and become embedded in customer operations.
- Bring customer engagement patterns back to Product, Engineering, and GTM.
- Create repeatable playbooks, engagement models, and a scalable operating model across customers, industries, and geographies.
- Shape how Transformation partners with Sales and Forward Deployed Engineering.
Requirements
- Significant experience selling and leading complex enterprise transformations or strategic customer engagements.
- Experience building and leading high-performing teams.
- Proven ownership of adoption and organizational change, beyond delivering recommendations.
- Ability to move between C-suite strategy and operational detail.
- Technical depth sufficient to work closely with engineers, understand feasibility, and help scope solutions.
- Strong commercial judgment and understanding of large organizations.
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder leadership.
- High agency and comfort creating structure from ambiguity.
