Responsibilities
- Work closely with the cofounders to identify and drive high-leverage opportunities across product, engineering, go-to-market, and operations.
- Take ownership of ambitious, ambiguous problems and drive them from zero to shipped.
- Bring an entrepreneurial mindset by spotting gaps, moving quickly, and making things happen with limited resources.
- Build internal tools, processes, and systems that help the company scale.
- Act as a force multiplier across teams, bringing founder-level energy and judgment to each challenge.
Requirements
- Experience founding or co-founding a technology company.
- Strong technical background, including production coding experience and an understanding of engineering trade-offs.
- Track record of building and shipping products that users love.
- Experience hiring, leading, and inspiring small, high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to identify what needs to be done without a detailed job specification.
- Builder mindset, with a first-principles approach and the ability to move quickly without sacrificing quality.
- Extreme ownership and the ability to thrive without a safety net.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience starting and exiting a business.
- AI or B2B experience is helpful but not required.
