The role is intended for a former technical founder with production coding experience, strong ownership, and a track record of building products and teams.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the cofounders to identify and drive high-leverage opportunities across product, engineering, go-to-market, and operations.
  • Take ownership of ambitious, ambiguous problems and drive them from zero to shipped.
  • Bring an entrepreneurial mindset by spotting gaps, moving quickly, and making things happen with limited resources.
  • Build internal tools, processes, and systems that help the company scale.
  • Act as a force multiplier across teams, bringing founder-level energy and judgment to each challenge.

Requirements

  • Experience founding or co-founding a technology company.
  • Strong technical background, including production coding experience and an understanding of engineering trade-offs.
  • Track record of building and shipping products that users love.
  • Experience hiring, leading, and inspiring small, high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to identify what needs to be done without a detailed job specification.
  • Builder mindset, with a first-principles approach and the ability to move quickly without sacrificing quality.
  • Extreme ownership and the ability to thrive without a safety net.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience starting and exiting a business.
  • AI or B2B experience is helpful but not required.
