Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end delivery of technical projects from conception through launch.
- Configure and customize business systems, including user permissions, workflows, and integrations.
- Manage technical vendor evaluation, contract negotiations, service-level agreements, and vendor performance.
- Create and maintain process flows, user guides, configuration specifications, and technical documentation.
- Lead knowledge management initiatives and capture institutional knowledge.
- Own technical risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
- Analyze business processes and identify automation and optimization opportunities.
- Translate complex technical concepts for business users and liaise between technical teams and stakeholders.
- Conduct system testing, validation, and user acceptance testing.
- Provide support and training to end users.
- Monitor system performance and usage metrics.
- Collaborate on business-systems integrations and stay current with relevant technologies and practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar technology-focused role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, requirements-gathering, and technical-specification skills.
- Experience configuring and customizing business applications.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and evaluating technology solutions.
- Experience with API integrations and iPaaS solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary: $205,000–$270,000 USD.
- Hybrid policy: staff are expected to work from an office at least 25% of the time; some roles may require more office time.
