Partnerships Business Operations Manager
Own intake, process design, AI automation, data quality, and operational reporting for Anthropic’s growing partner program. The role requires cross-functional project management, analytical ability, and hands-on experience with Claude or similar AI workflows, reporting tools, and partner operations systems.

Responsibilities
- Own intake for new process requests: triage, scope, and prioritize needs across the partner organization.
- Design partner operations processes from zero to one, including workflows, documentation, requirements, and data-driven iteration.
- Create and run Claude-powered automations and AI workflows across partner operations, taking them from prototype to production.
- Support special operations projects with cross-functional teams on priority initiatives.
- Manage the process and data side of registrations, referrals, incentives, applications, and onboarding.
- Encode program policy in systems and maintain data hygiene for the partner record of truth.
- Build guidance for partners, Partner Managers, and Account Executives.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Enablement, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Product, and Legal.
- Establish service levels and report on volume, cycle time, and operational metrics.
Requirements
- 4+ years in management consulting or investment banking, ideally paired with 1–3+ years in business operations, partner/channel operations, product operations, or a comparable technology-company role.
- Strong project management skills and experience influencing cross-functional operational initiatives.
- Hands-on experience creating AI workflows with Claude or similar tools and improving them at operational volume.
- Experience with data analysis tools and reporting platforms such as Hex, Looker, or similar.
- Ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with deal registration systems, partner relationship management platforms, and commission management tools.
- Experience at an AI/ML or fast-scaling technology company.
- Experience designing partner or channel programs, including tiering and program benefits.
- Hands-on Salesforce experience, including reporting, data imports, and workflow configuration.
- Experience standing up operational processes, service levels, and reporting from scratch.
- Experience on a tiger team or task force solving high-priority problems quickly.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary: $170,000–$215,000 USD.
- Hybrid policy requiring staff to work from an office at least 25% of the time; some roles may require more office time.
