Responsibilities
- Partner with the executive team on strategic initiatives across go-to-market, pricing, international expansion, and planning.
- Build scalable business processes from first principles through implementation.
- Define key metrics, build dashboards, and deliver decision-driving insights.
- Structure ambiguous business problems and turn complex data into actionable recommendations.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and drive stakeholder communication and accountability.
- Own annual planning, quarterly reviews, and operating rhythms.
- Translate leadership vision into scalable execution.
- Resolve urgent, ambiguous, or unowned business problems across functions.
- Use AI to automate analysis, accelerate research, prototype workflows, and create reusable processes.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, BizOps, Strategy & Operations, or a fast-scaling technology company.
- Experience solving unstructured problems and driving initiatives from 0 to 1.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Excel and data tools such as Looker or SQL.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to influence without authority and collaborate with a low-ego mindset.
- Curiosity, continuous-improvement mindset, and willingness to tackle high-priority problems.
- Fluency with AI tools for analysis, research, drafting, and repeatable workflow development.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $130,000–$160,000 annually, plus equity.
