Global Supply Manager
Manages global sourcing and supply-chain operations for electromechanical hardware products, including vendor relationships, NPI procurement, risk mitigation, quality, cost, and lead-time performance.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering to determine current and future sourcing needs and procure components to keep production on schedule.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing vendors.
- Identify supply-chain risks and define and execute mitigation strategies.
- Identify and execute cost-reduction opportunities based on manufacturing processes and cost drivers.
- Manage financial and budget outlooks and reporting for the team.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with new product introduction (NPI) for electromechanical products.
- Understanding of responsible and sustainable supply-chain practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines, complexity, competing priorities, and changing requirements.
- Ability to influence decision-making at all organizational levels using data and context.
- Vendor negotiation skills, including holding suppliers accountable for cost, quality, and lead-time targets.
- Ability to lift 30 pounds.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience leading NPI supply-chain and sourcing activities for complex electromechanical products.
- Ability to provide design-for-manufacturing (DFM) guidance across manufacturing processes while optimizing cost.
- Experience conducting supplier audits.
- Experience with overseas vendors and global logistics.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, including GD&T.
- Ability to build clear, effective spreadsheets.
