Responsibilities
- Keep stakeholders informed across documents and workstreams; identify gaps and clearly articulate risks, trade-offs, and recommendations.
- Create concise briefs and presentations tailored to stakeholder needs.
- Track workstreams, manage dependencies, drive tasks to closure, and ensure accountability and timely delivery.
- Lead planning and execution of large, cross-functional technical programs, including pilots, go-live readiness, enablement, and post-launch stabilization.
- Use technical acumen and analytical skills to advance programs and maximize business value.
- Establish strategic program-management frameworks that balance agility and process.
- Build partnerships with stakeholder groups across the organization.
- Participate in product reviews and design discussions, articulating trade-offs, decisions, outcomes, and next steps.
- Coordinate multiple independent workstreams and organizations while improving tools, operations, and architecture.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in a PMO and/or engineering organization leading complex cross-functional technical programs.
- 3+ years of IT and/or engineering experience.
- Experience managing large, technology-enabled programs supporting Go-to-Market stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of GTM functions, CRM platforms, and Lead-to-Quote processes.
- Experience partnering with Product Managers and engineering teams and understanding engineering workflows and productivity practices.
- Ability to translate engineering challenges and abstract goals into actionable plans.
- Experience using AI in program management for reporting, task tracking, and daily operations.
- Strong communication, organization, prioritization, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Familiarity with project-tracking software such as Jira, Smartsheet PPM, and GSuite.
- Familiarity with MongoDB or comparable technology.
