Leads strategic and revenue operations for Socure’s Tier 1 Banks segment, acting as a chief-of-staff-style force multiplier for pod leadership. The role combines GTM execution, financial analysis, cross-functional coordination, pipeline rigor, and AI-enabled process improvement.

Responsibilities
Revenue & Customer Execution
- Own project management for QBRs, roadshows, renewals, proof-of-value readouts, and RFPs.
- Support renewal strategy through sensitivity modeling, pricing analysis, and risk identification.
- Conduct white-space analysis to identify account expansion opportunities.
Pipeline & Operating Cadence
- Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene and reporting accuracy.
- Drive weekly team meetings, deal reviews, and internal QBRs.
- Track follow-ups and ensure accountability across the pod.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Liaise with Marketing on campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking.
- Coordinate event targeting, invitations, and post-event follow-up.
- Partner with Sales, Solutions Consulting, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Finance to align execution.
Operational Excellence & Strategy
- Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support the development and implementation of AI tools and automation strategies.
- Handle ad hoc operational needs.
Pod Leadership Enablement
- Provide day-to-day leverage for pod leaders through scheduling, prioritization, and project tracking.
- Own ambiguous, high-impact initiatives and drive them to completion.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience, or 1–2 years of experience after an MBA, in consulting, investment banking, private equity, or another highly analytical role.
- Experience working in demanding, high-performance environments.
- Strong financial modeling and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High attention to detail and a bias toward action.
- Ownership-oriented, customer-focused, adaptable, and comfortable operating in ambiguity.
Compensation
- Annual salary: $135,000–$155,000.
