Responsibilities
- Partner with North America Enterprise Sales leadership for Tech, Telco, and Entertainment to define and execute strategic, organizational, and operational initiatives that increase revenue, sales productivity, and efficiency.
- Provide quantitative and qualitative insights, structured recommendations, and progress monitoring for sales priorities.
- Analyze revenue and operating metrics through weekly business reviews and ad hoc deep dives to identify opportunities, risks, and gaps.
- Present complex, actionable business insights and drive execution of recommended solutions.
- Structure and execute projects, including work planning, data gathering, analysis, synthesis, and final recommendations.
- Apply AI tools to accelerate data analysis and insight generation; validate outputs against source-of-truth data.
- Standardize and automate recurring sales workflows using templates, checklists, lightweight agents, or scripts.
- Collaborate with Finance, Product and Engineering, Marketing, Measurement, and Client Solutions.
- Support North America Enterprise Sales strategy, strategic planning, and Sales Strategy & Operations priorities.
- Improve consistency and scale through shared initiatives, processes, systems, dashboards, and operating mechanisms.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience in strategy and operations within a fast-paced, highly analytical environment, such as management consulting, investment banking, technology/media, or revenue and sales strategy and operations.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including proficiency with large datasets and translating complex data into actionable insights.
- Proven ability to drive impact in a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and strategically focused.
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- AI-first problem-solving approach, including use of internal AI and agentic tooling for research and operational questions.
- Ability to apply human judgment, sanity-check AI outputs, preserve quality standards, and follow company policy and security requirements.
Nice-to-haves
- Direct experience in digital advertising sales strategy and operations.
- Familiarity with SQL, Salesforce, and Tableau.
Compensation
- Base salary: $132,298–$272,377 USD.
- Eligible for equity.
