Own the systems, data, reporting, forecasting, and processes that power the company’s go-to-market engine. The role partners across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and leadership to improve revenue efficiency and scalability.

Responsibilities
- Design and scale CRM infrastructure, reporting, processes, and automations for the go-to-market function.
- Manage and optimize the GTM technology stack, including data integrity and integrations.
- Build systems, tools, and processes that improve sales productivity, visibility, and conversion rates.
- Develop dashboards and analyses covering performance, conversion, and customer behavior.
- Partner with leadership on segmentation, pipeline design, forecasting, and annual operating plans.
- Automate workflows and streamline lead-to-customer processes to improve productivity and revenue velocity.
- Own account mapping and commission workflows, including plan design and payouts, with Sales and Finance.
- Lead cross-functional growth initiatives, including customer retention and funnel improvements.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Business Operations at high-growth B2B SaaS companies.
- Strong data analysis skills and experience with Excel; willingness to learn Google Sheets.
- Experience supporting revenue-generating teams through scale, including systems, data integrity, and forecasting.
- Commercial judgment and the ability to build systems that drive growth.
- Self-starter with strong ownership and project management skills.
- Excellent cross-functional communication.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with BI and reporting tools such as Power BI, Looker, or Airtable.
- Experience with HubSpot or Salesforce, Apollo or ZoomInfo, Coupler or Zapier, and automation or enrichment tools.
- Experience in MarTech, AdTech, or creative measurement.
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, or MongoDB.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $130,000–$160,000, depending on experience.
