About the role

Responsibilities

  • Evangelize the Platform: Act as a champion for the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform, showcasing its transformative capabilities and articulating its value proposition to both new and existing customers.
  • Strategically Prospect: Use modern tools and creative strategies to connect with prospective clients via cold calls, email, and social channels.
  • Generate Pipeline: Drive sales growth by setting up qualified meetings and creating a robust pipeline for our Account Executives.
  • Own Your Territory: Be responsible for a defined territory, developing new accounts and expanding our relationships with existing customers to maximize market potential.
  • Partner with Sales & Marketing: Collaborate with sales to define and execute account-based strategies, and partner with marketing to promote campaigns and events while following up on new leads.
  • Support Complex Sales Cycles: Effectively multithread different lines of business within complex enterprise accounts to build broad support and consensus.

Requirements

  • BA/BS from a top university or equivalent
  • 1-3 Years of sales experience or business development experience in a SaaS organization a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to engage senior stakeholders and tell a compelling story
  • Adapt quickly and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Results-driven attitude with a strong desire to compete & exceed targets
  • Natural curiosity; highly coachable and eager to learn

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $58,500–$60,000 USD
  • Total compensation includes base salary + bonus/commission + equity + benefits (health, dental, life, 401k, and paid time off)
  • 24 weeks fully paid parental leave for primary carers; 12 weeks for supporting carers
