Business Development Associate
Creates qualified pipeline for Vestwell’s Financial Advisor channel through strategic outbound prospecting, account research, discovery, and qualification. This six-month development role emphasizes coachability, communication, resilience, and progression toward a full-cycle sales position.

Responsibilities
- Execute high-quality outbound prospecting through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Research accounts, identify decision-makers, and uncover business opportunities.
- Build and manage prospect pipelines using Salesforce, Salesloft, and other sales technologies.
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer needs, challenges, priorities, and business impact.
- Qualify prospects and create high-quality opportunities for the next sales-cycle stage.
- Communicate Vestwell's value proposition and create urgency.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, complete follow-up, and manage daily activities independently.
- Participate in call coaching, role plays, training, and team development.
- Apply feedback and take ownership of performance.

Compensation & Benefits
- Expected OTE of approximately $72K, consisting of a $60K base salary and up to $12K variable compensation.
