Business Development Representative Enterprise
The Business Development Representative will create enterprise sales opportunities through research and multi-channel outreach, partnering with Account Executives to understand customer challenges and build qualified pipeline. The role requires at least one year of relevant prospecting or customer-facing experience and strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities
- Partner with multiple Account Executives to prospect strategically into new and existing enterprise accounts.
- Generate qualified sales pipeline through personalized email, cold calling, video, social outreach, and other relevant channels.
- Research prospective customers to understand business priorities, security challenges, and key decision-makers.
- Use Salesforce, Outreach, 6sense, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to plan, execute, and track outreach.
- Apply AI tools thoughtfully to gather prospect context, identify account signals, and improve personalized messaging.
- Build product and industry knowledge through onboarding, coaching, and practical experience.
- Test new approaches, learn from results, and adapt outreach strategies.
Requirements
- One or more years of relevant professional experience in prospecting, cold calling, emailing, networking, researching, or related customer-facing activity.
- Curiosity about prospective customers’ business priorities and ability to identify decision-influencing challenges.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Motivation to achieve goals and an organized approach to outreach and follow-up.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities, work through ambiguity, and solve problems using available resources.
- Strong organization and time-management skills.
- Comfort using AI tools and willingness to learn their applications in sales work.

Compensation & Benefits
- United States roles: annual base salary of $61,000 USD–$85,000 USD, commission-eligible.
- Canada roles: annual base salary of $63,000 CAD–$88,000 CAD, commission-eligible.
