Mid-Market Account Manager
Manages mid-market customer relationships while driving renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and net retention across an assigned book of business. Requires three years of client relationship and revenue-growth experience, strong communication skills, and a sales-oriented approach.

Responsibilities
- Increase net dollar retention of the assigned book of business through upsells and cross-sells.
- Negotiate client contract renewals, focusing on increased annual recurring revenue and long-term relationships.
- Generate and close new opportunities for land-and-expand growth within assigned accounts.
- Generate proposals and client-facing documentation to support the sales process.
- Identify and develop meaningful client relationships.
- Accurately manage and report the sales pipeline monthly and quarterly.
- Understand Absorb subscription models and answer client questions effectively.
- Participate in team meetings and projects to improve sales processes and output.
- Build strong internal relationships to support the client lifecycle.
- Stay current on product releases and training seminars to maintain product knowledge.
Requirements
- Post-secondary degree, preferably in business or a related field.
- 3 years of experience managing client relationships and driving revenue growth through upselling.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Outgoing, personable, and sales-driven, with a strong team-oriented approach.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- SaaS or technology sales experience.
- Experience working with a global client base.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in additional languages.
- Experience with Salesforce.
