Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture relationships with existing and prospective channel partners to drive revenue growth.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, presenting solutions, negotiating terms, and closing deals.
- Collaborate with partners to identify new business opportunities and co-selling initiatives.
- Maintain a strong understanding of company products, solutions, and the competitive landscape.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and key performance metrics.
- Provide partner enablement, training, and support to maximize partner effectiveness.
- Act as a trusted advisor to partners and align recommendations with their business goals.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management using CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Collaborate with marketing, technical support, and sales leadership to drive channel success.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of full-cycle selling experience, including prospecting, presenting, and closing.
- Proven inside sales experience.
- Experience with channel partners or partner-driven sales environments preferred.
- Telecom, SaaS, or IT industry experience highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of solution selling and partner-driven sales models.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and standard sales tools.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $60,000–$75,000 annually.
- On-target earnings of $110,000+ annually, including performance-based commissions.
- Commission payments equal to 50% of monthly recurring charges on commissionable services.
