Account Manager, NORAM

Manages a portfolio of North American clients by improving platform adoption, retention, booking conversion, and revenue. The role combines account relationship management, issue resolution, strategic growth projects, and data-informed optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain client relationships to drive platform adoption and retention.
  • Identify and implement strategic growth opportunities across a portfolio of North American accounts.
  • Prioritize high-value accounts to maximize client impact and revenue.
  • Manage inbound client inquiries and resolve issues affecting the online booking experience.
  • Oversee client and internal projects from initiation through completion.
  • Provide clients with insights on FareHarbor and industry trends.
  • Improve clients’ e-commerce conversion rates and revenue through growth initiatives.
  • Maintain at least 90% SLA compliance, including regular client engagement.
  • Mitigate account risks and support retention goals.

Compensation and Benefits

  • $29.17–$43.77 per hour, plus 10% bonus potential.
