Enterprise Account Manager

Manages FareHarbor’s highest-grossing enterprise clients by strengthening stakeholder relationships, resolving booking and reservation challenges, identifying growth opportunities, and mitigating churn. Requires strong account management, analytical, organizational, and data skills, including Excel and Tableau.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 30–50 enterprise clients.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at enterprise companies and provide consistently high-quality service.
  • Identify growth opportunities, mitigate churn risk, and report client health scores quarterly.
  • Collaborate effectively with Enterprise Support staff and leverage available technical knowledge.
  • Become an expert in FareHarbor to resolve unique online booking and reservation-management problems.
  • Explain FareHarbor’s differences from other online booking platforms to clients.
  • Stay informed about online booking trends in the tours and activities industry and share relevant insights with clients.

Requirements

  • In-depth understanding of account management processes and responsibilities.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, both independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong collaboration and willingness to exceed expectations for client success.
  • High attention to detail and understanding of how initiatives affect the company’s bottom line.
  • Excellent organization and thorough execution.
  • Comfortable working with data in Excel and Tableau.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary: $71,042–$106,564 annually, plus 10% bonus potential.
