Mid Market Account Manager
The Mid Market Account Manager grows revenue within existing SaaS accounts by building executive relationships, leading strategic reviews, identifying expansion opportunities, and managing the full sales cycle. The role requires 3–5 years of SaaS sales or account management experience, quota attainment, CRM proficiency, and consultative selling skills.

Responsibilities
- Drive growth across assigned accounts by positioning WorkWave solutions, including WinTeam ERP, Timegate workforce management, integrated payments, and Wavelytics AI-powered analytics.
- Build and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders to ensure long-term partnerships and account health.
- Lead QBRs and account-planning sessions to align strategic priorities, identify operational gaps, and uncover expansion opportunities.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations with Sales Engineers.
- Manage the full expansion sales cycle from needs discovery through negotiation and deal closing, including sales-agreement preparation.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of whitespace opportunities and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly ARR quotas.
- Ensure accurate forecasting, CRM hygiene, and pipeline management in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with customer success, product, and sales engineering teams to drive deal execution.
- Apply MEDDPICC and other sales best practices to improve win rates.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of SaaS sales or account management experience, preferably with enterprise accounts.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding ARR quotas.
- Strong business acumen and ability to map client challenges to solutions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build trust-based relationships and navigate complex client organizations.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive expansion revenue.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Salesloft, and sales enablement tools.
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC or other enterprise sales frameworks.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Ability to travel up to 25% for client meetings and company conferences.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary: $75,000–$100,000.
