Account Manager
Manages relationships and operational delivery for a portfolio of law firm clients, coordinating requests, resolving issues, and partnering with Account Executives. Requires 3+ years of account management or customer success experience, strong organization, and KPI-driven client service.

Responsibilities
- Own client relationships from start to finish for a portfolio of law firm clients.
- Schedule jobs and manage reschedules, cancellations, and service additions while meeting client deadlines.
- Prevent and resolve issues, handle high-priority requests, and ensure follow-through.
- Collaborate with Account Executives on strategic accounts and participate in client handoffs.
- Provide high-touch client service and maintain clear communication with clients, internal teams, and Account Executives.
- Use Google Workspace, Slack, and internal operations systems.
- Contribute feedback to improve processes and client experience.
- Track and deliver against account-management KPIs, including retention, churn, account touches, and SLA/quality achievement.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Account Management or Customer Success experience, ideally in legal services.
- Strong client relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills, including with executive leadership.
- Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining attention to detail.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong listening skills, sound judgment under pressure, and flexibility.
- Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding KPI targets.
- Availability during core Eastern Time business hours, approximately 8 a.m.–5 p.m. ET, with occasional evenings or weekends as client needs arise.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $75,000–$85,000.
