Channel Account Manager II - Service Providers
Manages and grows cybersecurity partner relationships through expansion, renewals, adoption, and trusted advisory. The role requires at least five years of account, customer success, partner, or channel sales experience, MSP knowledge, CRM proficiency, and practical use of AI tools.

Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed quota based on expansion performance and renewal outcomes.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to partners by delivering solutions that increase customer satisfaction, grow adoption, and strengthen long-term loyalty.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders across assigned partner organizations.
- Maintain and reinforce company culture in partner interactions and collaboration.
- Use AI tools to prepare for partner meetings, summarize calls, and stay organized.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, partner success, channel sales, or direct sales, ideally focused on mid-market and below.
- Strong knowledge of the MSP space, preferably in cybersecurity.
- Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM platform to manage partner activity and opportunities.
- Passion for the partner community and helping partners deliver meaningful cybersecurity outcomes.
- Strong bias to action and ability to execute efficiently.
- Comfort using AI for call summaries, account preparation, and follow-up support.
Compensation & Benefits
- £73,800 base salary and £49,200 commission, for £123,000 OTE, plus equity.
