Responsibilities
- Manage a large book of business and maintain relationships with new and existing advertisers.
- Monitor client budgets, spend targets, and revenue pacing; identify opportunities to increase marketing spend.
- Prepare and present formal business reviews for top clients.
- Lead client communications across onboarding, performance feedback, creative changes, pacing reports, performance reports, meetings, and campaign recommendations.
- Develop comprehensive strategies and recommendations that drive measurable business results, revenue growth, and long-term partnerships.
- Educate clients and agencies on advertising solutions and performance-marketing best practices.
- Understand client KPIs and communicate metrics internally to support optimization.
- Proactively introduce revenue-driving opportunities and expand channel distribution within established accounts.
- Coordinate product onboarding, including campaign builds, creative design, and tracking requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams on feedback, analysis, optimization suggestions, and recommendations.
- Oversee monthly billable numbers submitted to Finance for invoicing.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant experience managing a book of business in digital performance marketing.
- Experience in the digital performance marketing space.
- Strong organization and attention to detail while managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Client budget, spend-target, revenue-pacing, and sales experience.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
- High proficiency in Excel, including functions for analyzing complex data sets.
- Experience using industry tracking software.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
