Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of professional hosts, driving retention, growth, and listing optimisation on Airbnb.
  • Analyse performance data to identify trends and actionable opportunities that increase bookings and host success.
  • Develop and deliver supply-building projects from concept through implementation.
  • Secure availability for high-demand dates so hosts can maximise revenue.
  • Educate hosts on product updates and policy changes, and communicate their feedback to internal teams.
  • Respond to host inquiries and provide timely, high-quality support.
  • Build long-term host relationships and tailor ongoing support to their needs.
  • Provide occasional in-person support and guidance in the market.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, communications, public policy, legal, and customer support teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, business development, or customer success.
  • 2+ years of experience in the technology, travel, or hospitality industry.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of revenue drivers, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills across phone, email, and in-person channels.
  • Highly analytical, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Experience managing a book of business and driving engagement and growth through proactive account management.
  • Goal-driven, persistent, and action-oriented.
  • Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and leads and opportunities; Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • Fluency in English.
