Responsibilities
- Directly manage a team of 6–8 Enterprise Associate Account Executives.
- Support opportunities and coach sellers through early-, mid-, and late-stage sales activities.
- Shadow prospect calls, provide real-time feedback, and conduct structured performance debriefs.
- Monitor representative progress using CRM data and coaching tools, and recommend promotion readiness.
- Collaborate with Sales Managers, Enablement, and Marketing to provide reps with effective tools, messaging, and collateral.
- Develop and maintain progression criteria, milestones, and success metrics for EAAEs moving into senior sales roles.
Requirements
- 3+ years of progressive experience as a SaaS Account Executive.
- Experience mentoring, onboarding, or coaching junior sellers.
- Proven record of exceeding quota in a full-cycle or team-based sales role.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, and Enablement.
Nice-to-have
- Experience as a team lead, pod lead, or manager in a sales organization.
