Responsibilities
- Own the CHRO's operating cadence by managing weekly and quarterly leadership meetings, setting clear agendas, driving decisions, and ensuring follow-ups are completed.
- Lead critical cross-functional initiatives and engagements on behalf of the CHRO, acting as her stand-in when needed in key meetings and decisions.
- Develop compelling content and narratives, including meeting decks, organization-wide emails, social media posts, and speaking engagement materials, that amplify the CHRO's voice.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues before they escalate, synthesizing ambiguity into clear recommendations for executive decision-making.
- Represent the CHRO's interests and point of view across the organization, ensuring alignment and advancing People team priorities with cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience, including management consulting, business operations, strategy, or a chief of staff capacity supporting senior executives.
- Proven ability to synthesize ambiguous, complex topics into clear executive-ready recommendations, narratives, and communications across formats, including decks, emails, and social content.
- Track record of driving cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, managing multiple workstreams simultaneously with clear accountability and follow-through.
- Knowledge of crypto or demonstrated enthusiasm for the space, with willingness to immerse yourself in the ecosystem.
- Responsible use of generative AI, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual base salary range: $212,330–$249,800 USD.
- Total compensation may also include equity and bonus eligibility.
- Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
