Responsibilities
- Partner with the CRO to define and implement sales strategies, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Streamline sales processes, including pipeline management, CRM optimization, and sales enablement tools.
- Coordinate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to support cohesive go-to-market execution.
- Monitor sales KPIs, develop data-driven insights, and recommend adjustments to improve conversion rates and revenue attainment.
- Contribute to sales operations, business development, and support functions while fostering a high-performance culture.
- Liaise between sales leadership and executive teams to ensure clear communication and strategic alignment.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in a similar role involving sales operations, business development, and strategy; AI, SaaS, or enterprise software experience is preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, such as Salesforce.
- Expertise in sales process optimization.
- Ability to mentor teams, drive accountability, and navigate high-growth environments.
- Experience translating business goals into actionable sales plans.
- Executive-level communication skills.
- Experience creating board-level presentation decks and customer engagement materials.
