Responsibilities
Own and build the operating system for how Brand's creative work gets produced.
Build processes, milestones, and ways of working that turn creative direction into shipped work.
Diagnose and fix bottlenecks across functions by tracing delays to their source and removing limiting factors.
Absorb cross-functional complexity so creatives can stay focused on their work.
Use AI to streamline intake, triage, status tracking, reporting, and handoffs.
Partner with creative leads so operations and creative work complement each other.
Represent Brand across Ramp by scoping incoming work and involving Brand projects at the appropriate stage.
Requirements
Exceptional organization, including the ability to manage 20+ live workstreams.
Strong cross-functional root-cause analysis and workflow improvement skills.
Track record of building systems and automation that make operations repeatable and reduce cycle time.
Metrics-driven approach to instrumenting and demonstrating delivery progress.
Hands-on, lean leadership that improves both operations and the people within them.
Bias toward improving ways of working without adding unnecessary process.
Operator-first profile; relevant backgrounds may include product operations, business operations, GTM operations, finance operations, or chief of staff work.

Compensation and Benefits
Salary range: $200,000–$352,000 annually.
