About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing operations team.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment between Marketing and Revenue Operations on data, processes, and revenue goals.
  • Serve as strategic advisor to Demand Gen team on campaign execution, funnel optimization, and sales motion alignment.
  • Oversee data lifecycle across marketing stack, championing ETL and Reverse ETL processes for single-source-of-truth reporting.
  • Evaluate and architect marketing technology stack, scope new tools, manage vendor relationships, and implement efficiency solutions.
  • Build operational infrastructure for sales motions, including dynamic lead scoring models, complex routing logic, and SLA tracking.
  • Design and maintain advanced full-funnel dashboards to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Identify bottlenecks in marketing-to-sales handoff and build scalable automated processes.

Requirements

  • 12+ years progressive experience in B2B Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Demand Generation Ops (SaaS preferred).
  • 5+ years directly managing, coaching, and scaling operations teams in high-growth environment.
  • Proven track record driving cross-functional execution, partnering with Revenue Operations for unified GTM motions.
  • Deep hands-on experience with ETL and Reverse ETL pipelines.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and vice versa.
  • Deep architectural expertise with modern MarTech stack:
    • Advanced Salesforce (SFDC) mastery: CRM architecture, custom objects, flow automation, marketing-to-sales handoffs.
    • Expert Marketo proficiency: instance management, lifecycle modeling, complex trigger logic, API integrations.
    • Proven ABM operations with platforms like 6sense or Demandbase.
    • Advanced lead scoring: building, testing, iterating on behavioral and demographic models.
    • Strong multi-touch attribution strategy for campaign ROI and pipeline influence.
    • Experience evaluating and implementing AI-driven marketing ops solutions (predictive analytics, generative AI, AI-assisted routing).
    • Expert automation and workflows with tools like Zapier and Clay.
