Business Development Manager
Owns new business development from prospecting through signed contracts across real estate, infrastructure, and energy markets. The role requires 3–6 years of commercial experience, institutional sales expertise, and the ability to independently manage outbound and inbound pipelines.

Responsibilities
- Source and close new customers across digital infrastructure, industrial, and energy real estate.
- Convert inbound leads quickly and effectively.
- Build and manage a pipeline of developers, operators, institutional investors, and hyperscalers.
- Run the full sales motion, including outbound prospecting, qualification, discovery, proposals, and closing.
- Work with the delivery team to scope engagements and establish strong customer handoffs.
- Provide market intelligence to product and commercial teams, including buyer needs, objections, and competitive activity.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of commercial experience in real estate, infrastructure, or a related industry.
- Experience in data centers or brokerage is preferred.
- Proven experience selling services, platforms, or mandates to institutional buyers.
- Understanding of capital flows in the built-world sector.
- Ability to engage credibly with development directors, heads of acquisitions, and CIOs.
- Ability to independently run outbound sales, manage a pipeline, identify prospects, and close deals.

- Experience working with data centers.
