Responsibilities
- Source and close net-new logos within an assigned territory.
- Navigate complex organizational structures and identify executive sponsors and champions.
- Research customer business objectives and conduct value-driven sales cycles.
- Collaborate with internal partners to advance deals and ensure customer success.
- Consistently deliver ARR revenue targets using a metric-based approach.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to generate pipeline, advance opportunities, and deliver predictable bookings.
- Provide timely, insightful input to other corporate functions.
- Create ROI and business-justification reports using a data-driven approach.
- Run focused proofs of concept based on business success criteria.
Requirements
- 6+ years of sales closing experience with a track record as a top performer.
- Ability to learn, pitch, and demonstrate a highly technical product in a fast-changing environment.
- Demonstrated success closing complex deals and selling into complex organizations.
- Experience identifying greenfield opportunities and building new territories using a repeatable methodology.
- Experience building relationships with and selling face-to-face to C-level executives.
- Knowledge of enterprise software and technical understanding of integrations, APIs, infrastructure management, security, and analytics.
- Experience selling technical SaaS and cloud-based software solutions.
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales engineers, BDRs, product managers, executives, and engineers.
Nice to Have
- Basic understanding of search infrastructure.
- Experience with target-account selling, solution selling, MEDDIC, Challenger, or similar methodologies.
Compensation and Benefits
- OTE range: $260,000–$320,000 annually.
