Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Associate Account Executives (AAEs).
- Own team performance across outbound activity, qualified pipeline, conversion, and revenue goals.
- Coach AAEs on prospecting, cold calling, discovery, qualification, objection handling, and sales fundamentals.
- Run regular 1:1s, call reviews, pipeline reviews, and team trainings.
- Build a high-performance culture centered on accountability, competition, continuous improvement, and ethical performance.
- Develop AAEs toward promotion into full-cycle Account Executive roles.
- Partner with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to improve performance and expose AAEs to the full sales cycle.
- Use data to identify performance gaps and improve outbound strategy and team effectiveness.
- Help recruit, onboard, and ramp future AAE cohorts.
- Build scalable coaching, training, and development processes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B technology sales, sales development, or SaaS sales.
- 1+ years of experience managing, coaching, or developing SDRs, BDRs, AAEs, or other early-career sales professionals.
- Demonstrated success building and managing high-performing outbound sales teams.
- Strong understanding of outbound prospecting across phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Proven ability to coach cold calling, qualification, discovery, objection handling, and pipeline generation.
- Passion for developing early-career talent.
- Metrics-driven approach and ability to turn performance data into actionable coaching.
- Track record of above-target performance.
- Resilience in challenging, fast-paced environments.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work onsite.
Compensation and Benefits
- $130,000–$180,000 OTE, including base salary and variable compensation.
