VP, Sales EMEA

Responsibilities

  • Translate global commercial strategy into an executable, localized EMEA go-to-market plan.
  • Drive revenue growth and market-share expansion while holding teams accountable for execution.
  • Recruit, hire, retain, coach, and mentor Area Vice Presidents and Regional Vice Presidents.
  • Build scalable second-line sales leadership structures.
  • Maintain rigorous operational rhythms and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual pipeline and revenue forecasts.
  • Use benchmarks and metrics to track progress and impact.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Channel and Alliances, Marketing, Product, Legal, and Deal Desk teams.
  • Serve as the primary executive spokesperson and sponsor for enterprise customers and partners across EMEA.
  • Build relationships with CISO and C-suite executives at marquee enterprise accounts.
  • Foster a high-performance, accountable sales culture across diverse cultural and regulatory environments.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of sales leadership experience in enterprise software, cloud infrastructure, SaaS, or cybersecurity.
  • 5+ years managing second-line sales leaders, such as RVPs, AVPs, or regional sales directors, across international markets.
  • Track record leading a hyper-growth sales theater with $50M+ ARR responsibility and significant annual revenue growth.
  • Deep operational command of MEDDPICC and Command of the Message value-selling methodologies.
  • Polished executive presence and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to deliver executive-level presentations.
  • Legal right to work in the country where the position is based without visa sponsorship.

Nice-to-haves

  • 15+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in hyper-growth cloud security or cybersecurity environments.
  • Experience scaling an EMEA theater from $50M to $150M+ ARR.
  • Operational expertise across UK/I, DACH, Southern Europe, Nordics, and the Middle East.
  • Understanding of regional dynamics, compliance requirements, and market maturity.
  • Existing relationships with CISO, CIO, and executive-level customers, EMEA channel partners, and global systems integrators.
  • Experience partnering with Product and Marketing leadership on product roadmaps, pricing strategies, and regional messaging.
