Responsibilities
- Own the EMEA P&L and execute a strategic roadmap for ARR growth from initial customer acquisition through enterprise expansion.
- Establish and operate Deepgram’s London EMEA hub for customer and developer events, executive briefings, partner sessions, and team operations.
- Recruit, lead, and mentor a high-performing Account Executive organization across Enterprise and commercial segments.
- Manage Customer Success, Marketing, and Forward Deployed Engineers through a dotted-line structure.
- Build a Challenger-selling culture focused on technical ROI and displacing legacy incumbents.
- Represent EMEA customer and market feedback internally, influencing product-market fit, roadmap priorities, data residency, compliance, language, accent coverage, and technical requirements.
- Identify and sign strategic regional partners, global systems integrators, and local resellers.
- Establish forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and territory-management practices across multiple countries, languages, and buying cultures.
- Serve as executive sponsor for major regional accounts and navigate complex procurement and technical AI evaluations.
- Develop sales talent through training, coaching, career development, and performance frameworks.
Requirements
- 12+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
- 5+ years in senior leadership roles covering EMEA, including the UK and at least one of DACH, the Nordics, France, or Southern Europe.
- Experience with AI, LLMs, and API-first products, including the ability to discuss technical architecture.
- Demonstrated influence on product roadmaps through customer and market feedback.
- Track record of scaling a regional business; $10M+ ARR growth experience preferred.
- Experience building channel programs that materially contribute to revenue.
- Expertise in value-based selling, increasing average selling price, and improving win rates in competitive technical markets.
- Familiarity with modern sales technology stacks and data-driven decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree required.

- MBA or technical degree.
- Experience opening a new office or establishing an initial regional presence for a US-headquartered company.
- Experience leading Account Executive organizations at a high-growth Series B+ startup or scaling technology company.
- Background selling developer tools, infrastructure, or AI/ML technologies.
- Familiarity with EU data protection and AI regulation as commercial considerations.
- Experience building talent-development or performance-coaching programs.
- Comfort operating in fast-moving environments with evolving goals and systems.
