Responsibilities
- Run day-to-day office operations across London and New York.
- Manage scheduling, logistics, and travel independently.
- Handle inbound communications and route or resolve matters that do not require executive attention.
- Communicate executive priorities to the team and prevent information from being lost between leadership and execution.
- Coordinate time-sensitive operational tasks across the team.
- Prepare briefings, context, and meeting materials.
- Handle commercial, financial, and personal information with complete discretion.
- Manage systems that enable a self-running operation.

- Based in New York and/or London as required.
