Executive Business Partner to the CEO

Supports the CEO as a strategic thought partner and executive assistant while providing administrative support to the VP of People and managing New York City office operations. Requires 3+ years supporting C-level executives, strong organization and communication skills, discretion, and willingness to travel to Connecticut.

Responsibilities

Executive Business Partnership — CEO

  • Own the CEO’s calendar, resolve conflicts, and prioritize time against company objectives.
  • Prepare agendas, background materials, and talking points for meetings.
  • Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence and communications on the CEO’s behalf.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects and follow up on action items.
  • Liaise between the CEO, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries.
  • Manage expense reporting and administrative processes.

Support to VP, People

  • Manage calendar scheduling and prioritization.
  • Provide administrative support, including meeting preparation, correspondence, and travel coordination.

Personal Assistance to CEO

  • Manage select personal appointments, errands, and scheduling needs.
  • Coordinate personal travel arrangements and reservations.
  • Assist with household or family logistics and ad hoc personal projects.

Office Management — New York City

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for office procedures, amenities, and daily operations.
  • Maintain the New York City office environment in partnership with the Culture team.
  • Coordinate logistics for in-office meetings and events, including catering and setup.
  • Support employee engagement and culture-building initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience supporting C-level executives as an Executive Assistant, Executive Business Partner, or Chief of Staff.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • High degree of discretion, judgment, and trustworthiness with confidential information.
  • Ability to work across strategic support, office logistics, and personal assistance.
  • Based in or able to work on-site in New York City.
  • Willing to travel to Connecticut 1–2 times per week as needed.
  • Proactive and adaptable approach to a broad scope of work.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base salary: $128,000–$150,000 USD.
  • Stock options upon hire and promotion, with participation in secondary offerings.
