Implementation Specialist, IT
The Implementation Specialist will help customers adopt Rippling’s IT solutions, including device, identity, application, and inventory management. The role requires 4+ years of IT implementation or related experience, strong knowledge of endpoint technologies, and effective project and client relationship management.

Responsibilities
- Become an expert on Rippling’s IT offering and serve as a resource for clients and colleagues.
- Partner with customers to understand their technology requirements and guide them through installing and adopting Rippling’s IT solutions.
- Train customers on Rippling IT products, including Apps, Devices, Identity, and Inventory Management Solutions.
- Work with Implementation and Customer Experience teams to ensure clients are set up for success.
- Partner with Solutions Consulting, Implementation, and Product teams to improve processes and products.
- Develop and document IT implementation processes and best practices.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience managing an IT setup at a company, helping customers implement IT products, or selling IT solutions.
- Strong understanding of Fleet Management, UEM, RMM, MDM, device and identity provisioning, Zero Touch, and Endpoint Lifecycle Management.
- Familiarity with Google, Azure, and Okta.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with close attention to detail and effective time management.
- Strong client relationship management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Self-starter with a bias toward action who is energized by a fast-paced environment.
- Passion and curiosity for IT.
Work Arrangement
- Hybrid role requiring work from the Bangalore office three days per week.
- Requires working the EST shift.
