Full Cycle Recruiter

Full-cycle technical recruiter who will build the hiring engine for a YC-backed legaltech startup. Own sourcing through closing for engineering, GTM, and ops roles while creating recruiting processes, systems, and employer brand from the ground up.

About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across engineering, go-to-market, and operations roles.
  • Partner with founders and hiring managers to define what great looks like for each role, then build the interview plan to find it.
  • Source and engage passive candidates, then guide them through a fast, high-signal process.
  • Run offer conversations and close candidates against strong competition.
  • Build the systems, from pipeline reporting to interviewer training, that let our hiring keep pace with the business.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally at a high-growth startup or a top agency.
  • A track record closing hard technical and go-to-market roles in competitive markets.
  • Comfort owning the entire funnel, from first outreach through offer negotiation.
  • A high degree of ownership and the ability to operate autonomously.
  • Strong written communication and a builder's instinct for creating process where none exists.
