About the role

Responsibilities:

  • Build and qualify pipeline through targeted, strategic prospecting
  • Partner with senior AEs on live deals, from discovery to close
  • Participate in and help deliver product demos to prospects and partners
  • Understand and uncover customer needs and business problems to effectively communicate how Coram can solve them
  • Master Coram’s platform and learn how to sell value
  • Consistently outperform assigned goals and earn your promotion to a full-cycle Account Executive title
  • Ability to understand complex business environments and uncover customer issues, process problems, and translate need into business opportunities.

  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant working experience
  • Sharp communication skills in English: written, verbal, and in-person
  • Competitive edge: Hungry to win and motivated to work harder than the person next to them. Internally motivated: Doesn't wait for instructions. Takes initiative by default. A coachable and curious mindset with the ability to ask questions, take feedback, and apply it to your work
  • Resilient in challenging and fast-paced environments
  • Must be willing and able to work onsite five days per week
