Senior Manager, Brand Marketing
Own brand marketing strategy and integrated campaigns at a high-growth AI company. Scale top-of-funnel channels from pilot to revenue driver and build measurement frameworks connecting awareness to pipeline.
About the job
What You'll Do
- Architect and scale new top-of-funnel channels, moving them from pilot tests to predictable revenue drivers with clear measurement frameworks connecting awareness to acquisition
- Execute fully integrated campaigns that flow from the first ad impression through landing pages, email nurture, and sales talk tracks, ensuring top-of-funnel bets don't stop at awareness
- Define how AI gets embedded into the brand marketing motion at a systems level, designing workflows for research, creative iteration, and performance analysis that make the function faster without sacrificing quality
- Establish measurement frameworks for brand success, tracking incrementality, lift, and business impact across channels including offline and broad-reach tactics
- Own the P&L for your channels, partnering with Analytics to validate efficiency and defend investment decisions with data
- Brief, iterate with, and push the Creative and Brand teams toward breakthrough work that authentically represents GlossGenius to the service business owners we're trying to reach
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of integrated brand marketing experience at high-growth companies, with a track record of scaling top-of-funnel channels and connecting brand awareness to measurable pipeline and revenue impact
- You have already built AI-powered workflows that changed how a brand or marketing function operates, with a clear point of view on which tools and systems produce meaningfully better output rather than just faster output
- Proven experience owning high-ambiguity initiatives from scratch, with a track record of making calls on channel strategy and investment without waiting for the path to be fully defined
- Deep expertise in at least two to three top-of-funnel channels such as podcast advertising, OOH, CTV, influencer partnerships, or experiential, with experience taking channels from test to scale
- Experience building and implementing measurement frameworks for offline or broad-reach channels, including incrementality testing and lift studies
- Comfortable shifting between hands-on execution and high-level strategic decision-making depending on what the work requires
- Experience bringing AI products to market or differentiating them in a crowded landscape is a plus, as is prior experience at companies that scaled from $20M to $500M ARR
Benefits & Perks
- Competitive health & dental insurance options, effective on your first day of employment
