About the role
What you'll be doing
Own the end-to-end renewal process for a portfolio of accounts
Formalize our expansion playbook and scale it -- identify where growth potential lives, design the motion, execute it yourself
Partner with CSMs on account strategy; you bring the commercial angle, they bring the implementation depth
Engage directly with finance teams and economic buyers -- understand their workflows, speak their language, and connect Aleph's value to outcomes they actually care about
Run pricing conversations and negotiate renewals and expansions with confidence
Develop enough product fluency to discuss implementation details credibly and handle technical questions without flinching
Track account health signals: usage trends, AI adoption, seat utilization, QBR context
Flag at-risk accounts early and work with CSMs and leadership on save strategies
What you bring
Strong analytical foundations -- finance, consulting, engineering, product etc.; whatever the path, you can work with complex data, build a tight argument, and earn trust with quantitative buyers
You've carried a quota, hit it, and know how to close
You are high slope -- you pick things up fast, take on more than your role requires, and have a track record of outgrowing wherever you've been
You can hold your own in a CFO or FP&A conversation as someone who genuinely understands how finance teams think, not as a vendor running through a deck
Nice-to-haves
High-rigor background (consulting, IB, PE) with a deliberate move into go-to-market
Experience in a customer-facing B2B SaaS role
Time spent directly on a finance team at a software company
FP&A experience specifically -- you know what Aleph's customers do every day because you've done it
