Senior Partner Solution Engineer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Partner, Sales, and Solutions Engineering teams to promote and implement optimal solutions with partners.
• Design and deliver technical training, workshops, and certifications based on joint business goals.
• Co-develop industry-specific solutions and accelerators, including data migration frameworks, industry data models, and Power of N motions.
• Present at company and partner events, lead hackathons, and drive product awareness and adoption.
• Support strategic customer engagements by defining use cases, delivering presentations, executing proofs of concept, and ensuring positive outcomes.
• Own partner technology roadmaps, reference architectures, and delivery methodologies to build and scale partner practices.
• Advocate for partner and customer needs with product teams.
• Travel up to 50% within India for enablement, deal support, and marketing events.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience working with global and regional systems integrators, cloud service providers, and technology partners in the region.
• Data-domain thought leadership within a partner community.
• Understanding of partner revenue models, industry priorities, and business challenges.
• Experience designing and building highly scalable data pipelines using Spark and Kafka.
• Strong SQL and data warehousing fundamentals; cloud data warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience with Snowflake technology partners specializing in data engineering, data science, collaboration, and cybersecurity.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps and CI/CD processes and tools.
• Strong experience with major cloud platforms and tooling, especially Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.
• Experience with big data or cloud integration technologies.
