Manages and expands a portfolio of existing Dialpad customers for T-Mobile, owning account strategy, pipeline generation, forecasting, and revenue growth. Requires 3–5+ years in closing sales, SaaS experience, consultative selling skills, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of existing Dialpad customers and grow year-over-year revenue.
- Provide strategic account management and consult with clients on expanding their use of Dialpad products.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for a book of business.
- Own the sales process from start to finish and meet or exceed sales and revenue goals.
- Create territory account plans to achieve quarterly goals and activity metrics.
- Cultivate customer relationships, understand customer strategies and expansion plans, and align Dialpad's product suite with customer goals.
- Generate pipeline and drive an efficient sales process.
- Serve as a Dialpad product expert and trusted customer advisor.
- Identify customers suited for the Customer Advisory Board and Executive Sponsor Program.
- Collaborate with Sales Managers, Sales Engineers, Customer Success, Professional Services, Marketing, and Dialpad Partners.
- Travel to customer locations or events as needed.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in a closing sales role.
- Previous mid-market experience preferred.
- Proven success meeting and exceeding revenue targets in a new business or account management role.
- Ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Experience with solution-selling techniques such as SPICED and/or MEDDICC.
- Experience providing timely and accurate forecasts to sales leadership.
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
- SaaS sales experience required; UCaaS/CCaaS experience is a plus.
- Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce and GSuite tools such as Google Sheets.
